Sponsored by MIT’s Department of Mechanical Engineering and organized by MIT GAME, the Mechanical Engineering Research Exhibition (MERE) is an annual event put on to showcase graduate student research projects. Beginning with the inaugural event in 2014, around 80 participants each year exhibited their work, representing more than 40 research groups and all seven of the department’s key research areas. Exhibits include live demos, video presentations, interactive models, posters. Thousands of dollars in prizes were awarded across the field of participants. Now in its fourth year, MERE will be bigger and better than before!
