Braving: Building Trust with Yourself and Others

Tuesday, March 02, 2021 at 7:00pm

Virtual Event

Trust is a key element of both caring for yourself and creating positive relationships with friends and family, co-workers and classmates. Drawing on the work of Brené Brown, we will reflect together on the seven building blocks of trust (Boundaries, Responsibility, Accountability, Vault/Confidentiality, Integrity, Non-Judgment, and Generosity) and identify next steps for deepening or repairing trust in our lives. Led by Thea Keith-Lucas, Interim Chaplain to the Institute and Associate Dean of the Office of Religious, Spiritual, and Ethical Life
