Celebrate Making at MIT with us at Maker Break Fall 2018 on October 9th (a student holiday with no classes) from 5:30 PM to 9 PM at Walker Memorial, Building 50.
Maker Break is a celebration of making for MIT students where you can have fun and show your smart and creative sides. You can engage in friendly competition with fellow students, cheer on your friends and classmates, and explore making in ways that are new to you. There is something for everyone! It is designed to be fun and low stress.
Come at 5:30 PM to enjoy a burrito from Anna’s
Maker Break is free and open to all MIT students, alumni, faculty and staff.
What can we make at Maker Break?
Form a team of 4-6 people and tackle a mystery challenge for which you will be given arduino, a glue gun, duct tape and more. Register at this link

Some other making activities will be available like an Origami Station, Jewelry Making and Button Making.

Come to Walker Memorial on Tuesday, October 9th (a student holiday with no classes). Come at 5:30 PM for food, making starts at 6 PM.
