Mindful Movement combines the ancient stretching techniques found in yoga with a focus on divine energy, to offer a revitalization of body, mind, and soul. Balancing breathing techniques, meditation, and physical movement, Mindful Movement can help you refocus and recenter.
Instructor Mary Reynolds is the founder of Injoyoga & Wellness and has studied yoga and meditation at Kripalu, Five Points Yoga, and the Liturgists. Her work is intended first to help students see the beauty & strength within them RIGHT NOW, and second, to come alongside on their journey towards their optimal health by offering self-care strategies.
