Civil and Environmental Engineering
The Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering is made up of two main laboratories: Pierce and Parsons Laboratory. Emphasizing the use of quantitative approaches, CEE features two vibrant centers of gravity: environment (Parsons Laboratory), what exists as natural systems; and infrastructure (Pierce Laboratory), what is created by human activity.
