3-Week Mindfulness Reboot

Virtual EventThis mindfulness course will include skills from the Koru mindfulness toolkit, including breathing techniques, meditation practices, class discussion, and a final mini-retreat to help relieve stress and calm mind and body.
Since each week builds on the last, attendance at all three classes is requested.
All experience levels welcome.
