 nRussia\n\n \n\nSpeakers:\n\nAndrey Kortunov is the director general of the
  Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC).  He graduated from the Mosco
 w State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) and completed his post
 graduate studies at the Institute for US and Canada Studies of the USSR Aca
 demy of Sciences in 1982. His academic interests include contemporary inter
 national relations and Russian foreign policy.\n\nAngela Stent is director 
 of the Center for Eurasian\, Russian and East European Studies and a profes
 sor of government and foreign service at Georgetown University. She is also
  a nonresident senior fellow at the Brookings Institution and co-chairs its
  Hewett Forum on post-Soviet affairs. Her academic work focuses on the tria
 ngular political and economic relationship between the United States\, Russ
 ia\, and Europe. \n\nA session of the Focus on Russia Lecture Series co-cha
