The Mathematical Vision of Maryam Mirzakhani

May 12 is recognized as the International Women in Math Day and we would like to celebrate this occasion in our department as well during the week on May 12. To do so, on Monday May 9  at 4 pm we will have a reception in room 2-290 followed at 4:30 pm by the showing of  the documentary “Secrets of the Surface: The Mathematical Vision of Maryam Mirzakhani”   in room 2-190.
