More than ever, graduates joining the workforce today are focused on how they can make a difference in the world around them, how they can be problem-solvers and make an impact – even if they work for a corporation. Join Balaji Ganapathy, Chief Social Responsibility Officer at Tata Consultancy Services, for a conversation on how companies are taking the reins on solving some of the world’s most pressing problems, how you can develop the tools you’ll need for true global leadership, and strategies for being the change you want to see.
