PhDs and postdocs are oftentimes more comfortable talking about technical areas versus their nontechnical experiences. In an approachable format, learn the importance of becoming an expert in yourself and strategies to communicate your stories to show a fit with your target audience in the job search. We’ll discuss foundational components in a presentation and will focus on your questions. Open to MIT Postdocs and Ph.D. students.
