Beyond the Binary: Panel Discussion on Gender Diversity

Celebrate gender beyond the binary with the LBGTQ+ Employee Resource Group!

Please join us for a panel centering non-binary, gender fluid, & two-spirit gender identities and the diversity of ways in which these can show up. The panel will include Sam Brinton (they/them), Faye (they/them), Alivia Moore (she/they), and Ashton Young (they/them).  MIT’s Assistant Dean of Intercultural Engagement for LBGTQ+, Women, and Gender services, Lauren McNair, MSW (she/they), will moderate the discussion.  

Our panelists will discuss how their own gender journeys unfolded, and share advice for other non-binary people, people questioning their identity, and those who want to be better allies to our non-binary siblings.  

All members of the MIT community (faculty, students, staff, and affiliates) are invited to register!

Registration will be required to receive the webinar link.  Audience members will be able to submit questions during the panel through a web-based portal.
