BSO Festival of the Senses, featuring MIT's Gamelan Galak Tika

April 11-14 MIT's Gamelan Galak Tika at Symphony Hall as part of BSO's Festival of the Senses. GGT will perform new and traditional music for Balinese gamelan before each of the BSO's performances of Olivier Messiaen's Turangalila Symphony. Under the direction of Gusti Komin, the group (comprised of MIT faculty, students, and community members) will perform 45-minutes before the start of the BSO concert itself, in the O'Block Kay Room at Symphony Hall.
