The Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Boston University School of Law have established two free clinics to offer student innovators and entrepreneurs legal guidance.

Through this unique collaboration, student entrepreneurs are connected with student advocates from BU Law to address legal issues associated with their innovation-related academic and extracurricular activities and efforts to turn ideas into businesses.

All students currently enrolled in any school or department at MIT are eligible for free legal advice through the clinics, which offer short or long-term representation of student clients.

Students may drop in for consultation, but it is recommended that you schedule a meeting time in advance.
