Want to play around with your strengths? Build a combination of talents that can become your superpower? Have some fun while you learn about yourself? Every individual has a unique combination of talents that they can build into strengths. Through this workshop, participants will uncover their unique talent themes using Gallup CliftonStrengths and then actively build upon their understanding to develop these talents into strengths through some serious play with others. This is one of the most fun ways anyone can self-reflect. Join Erik Pavesic, a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and LEGO Serious Play facilitator for two afternoons of exploring your talents and building upon your awareness of them through LEGO!

This event is over two days (Tuesday 1/30, and Wednesday 1/31) and participation is required for both days. Space is limited to 20 participants and light refreshments will be provided. In addition to registering on Handshake, please complete this supplemental registration form (https://forms.gle/HWYs5nTuYY5sieYNA). All participants will receive an access code to take the Gallup Clifton Strengths assessment to learn about their top-five talent themes.

This CAPD event is open to MIT undergraduates, graduate students, postdocs, and alumni.
