 al skills that are critical for a successful Ph.D. journey and professiona
 l career. Topics will focus on personal and interpersonal skills\, includi
 ng how to give and receive feedback effectively and build a positive relat
 ionship with your advisors. We will showcase how these skills can be used 
 to address real scenarios/challenges encountered during the Ph.D. journey.
  In addition to providing resources and guidance and how to use these skil
 ls\, the workshop will also include a practical and experiential learning 
 component\, where students will have an opportunity to practice specific s
 kills. \n\n \n\nPlease note that you need to register in advance using thi
 s form. Attendance will cap at 50 participants.
