The field of national security is vital in an increasingly globalized world, and the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) is invested in the ongoing research and emerging talent within the MIT community.

At this Lunch & Learn program, explore career opportunities in the CIA, and imagine yourself working toward a mission that matters while advancing your career. The CIA has numerous full-time positions as well as internships and scholarships. There are opportunities for foreign travel, language training, and overseas postings. CIA provides competitive salaries, relocation expenses, and student loan repayment programs.

In additional to providing provide insight into careers in national security and the variety of opportunities available with the CIA, representative(s) from the CIA will include details about the application processes and suggestions for making yourself a competitive applicant. Please note that all positions with the CIA require US citizenship, relocation to the Washington, DC metropolitan area, and the ability to obtain a top secret security clearance.
