For early career students that have a general interest in creating sustainable solutions for our future, it can be difficult to pinpoint exactly what a career in sustainability could be and how it aligns with other passions, interests, and skills. “Careers in Sustainability” provides the opportunity for students to speak with professionals and academics currently pursuing careers in sustainability within a variety of fields, from food solutions to the built environment and more. Through this event, students will be able to see a variety of careers in sustainability and a diverse array of ways to be impactful. By the end of this event, students will be better equipped to approach career exploration, choice of major, and the idea of sustainability.

This event is specifically geared toward first-year and sophomore students, but the materials are helpful for any early career student. Registration  required via Handshake. Limit of 60 students.
