Totally Teapots

Tuesday, January 25, 2022 at 7:00pm

SAA Ceramics Studio (W20-431)

Oval, wavy, stretched, or crazy, the teapot is a wonderful subject that will show us a balance between functionality and creativity. In this four week intermediate and advanced level IAP workshop, we will explore unusual forming techniques and surprising surface treatments that take us beyond the “round”. Would you like one lump or two?

Tuition for ceramics classes includes a materials fee that helps cover the cost of clay, glazes, and firing.

*Basic community clay tools are available for use but if you would like to purchase your own, tool kits are available at Artist and Craftsman and Blick Art in Central Square.

Day/Time: 4 Tuesdays starting January 4, 7:00-10:00pm

Location: SAA Ceramics Studio (W20-431)

Instructor: Darrell Finnegan
