In the fall of 2020, MIT students and the general public joined professors Richard Young and Facundo Batista as they discussed the science of the pandemic during this new class. In September 2021, Young and Batista are offering the class again on Wednesdays at 9 a.m. ET beginning on Sept. 8. (Please note this particular class is being livestreamed on Tueseday 10/5 rather than Wednesday 10/6) Join the lectures in real-time, or view the recordings on the MIT Department of Biology's website once they’re available several days after each class.

The class is open to all MIT students, as well as any eligible cross-registered students. The livestream will be available to the public, but only registered students may ask questions during the Q&A. To view the livestream, click on this link. Miss a class?
