This area of IP law is actually fraught with many pitfalls and misunderstandings. For each field in the trademark application form, there are pages and pages of rules, much of which are not intuitive. 

This session will give entrepreneurs and founders the information they need to create, use, and protect strong trademarks by discussing the concepts of distinctiveness,  proper trademark use, and enforcement of trademark rights.
