About this Event
Cybersecurity is a complex problem that cannot be solved by technology alone. As a company, it is important to have a cybersecurity strategy in place that can withstand new threats. Different levels of the organization engage with cybersecurity in different ways. The requirements of Board Members and the C-Suite will vary from managers and frontline employees, but everybody needs to own cybersecurity as part of a pervasive organizational culture. Are you ready to elevate your organization’s cybersecurity-readiness and culture?
In this hour-long event from MIT, Dr. Keri Pearlson, Executive Director of Cybersecurity at MIT Sloan (CAMS), will focus on the managerial, strategic and business leadership aspects of cybersecurity, providing leaders with insights for supporting cybersecurity strategy within their organizations. Her current research studies how organizations build a culture of cybersecurity, how non-technical leaders create cybersecure teams, and how Boards provide cybersecurity oversite.
During this hour-long live event, moderated by Rob Dietel, Director Executive Programs at MIT Sloan Executive Education, you will discover:
• The latest research on engaging everyone in your organization in creating a more cybersecure environment
• An understanding of cybersecurity leadership at all levels within the organization
• What you can do right now to mitigate risk in your organization
Throughout the event, you'll be able to engage with our hosts by:
• Asking questions in real time
• Reflecting on faculty questions
Don't miss your chance to learn impactful insights and engage with MIT faculty.
Ready to learn more and dive deeper into these concepts? Join Dr. Pearlson for the upcoming two MIT Sloan Executive Education programs, Cybersecurity Governance for the Board of Directors and Cybersecurity Leadership for Non-Technical Executives.
