DESCRIPTION:Seeking connection with a diverse group of students\, staff\, a
 nd faculty across MIT? Join us to share and hear from others about what su
 pports your sense of community and belonging\, what disrupts it\, and how 
 we can work towards a harmonious campus culture. Each session will host a 
 small group of 8-10 participants to provide a space for deep listening and
  reflection. Conversations are open to all community members and will be f
 acilitated by members of the DEI community of practice.\n\n \n\nFood will 
 be provided for lunch and evening sessions. \n\n \n\nWhen? \n\nLunch sessi
 ons will take place from 12 pm - 1 pm on Thursday\, December 7th\, Wednesd
 ay\, December 13th\, and Tuesday\, December 19th Evening sessions will tak
 e place from 5 pm - 6 pm on Thursday\, December 7th\, Wednesday\, December
