Seeking connection with a diverse group of students, staff, and faculty across MIT? Join us to share and hear from others about what supports your sense of community and belonging, what disrupts it, and how we can work towards a harmonious campus culture. Each session will host a small group of 8-10 participants to provide a space for deep listening and reflection. Conversations are open to all community members and will be facilitated by members of the DEI community of practice.

Food will be provided for lunch and evening sessions. 

When? 

• Lunch sessions will take place from 12 pm - 1 pm on Wednesday, December 13th, and Tuesday, December 19th 
• Evening sessions will take place from 5 pm - 6 pm on Wednesday, December 13th, and Tuesday, December 19th

Where?  

• Lunch sessions will take place in room 13-3038. 
• Evening sessions will take place in room 4-105.
