 rector of ClimateVoice\, a non-profit he founded to mobilize the workforce 
 to push companies to go "all in" on climate. Desiree Plata is a professor o
 f civil engineering at MIT CEE whose work is dedicated to designing novel c
 hemical and material products from the ground up to minimize environmental 
 impacts. Together\, they will discuss:\n\nhow companies in tech\, consumer
