Click here to register for F(Fitness): Engage in a high-energy workout utilizing functional movement patterns, Olympic lifting, and gymnastics to increase overall fitness, function, and ability across many tasks. In f(fitness) you will find all of your favorite movements and equipment, from burpees, box jumps, and wall balls to kettle bells, spin bikes, and jump rope. This class is perfect for anyone looking for a fast paced, non-stop workout! You don’t need any prior fitness experience to join this class. Just be ready to sweat & have fun! Instruction by a certified CrossFit Coach.
Click here to register for Movement and Meditation: Reset your headspace with gentle yoga and a mindfulness meditation practice. This course is intended for anyone who wants to learn more about meditation practices and how to incorporate meditation into their everyday lives. No experience is necessary, and beginners are welcome. We will start class with a gentle yoga flow that anchors the mind through a mind-body practice. Then we will learn about a specific meditation technique, such as anchoring through the breath, loving-kindness meditation, sound meditation, guided imagery, Gatha meditation, and more. Participants will be led through a guided meditation with an opportunity for sharing at the end of class. Yoga mat recommended, yoga blocks and blanket optional.
