DESCRIPTION:Evermore accessible AI tools such as ChatGPT are transforming e
 very segment of our digital lives\, affecting the way we work\, the way we
  interact with online services\, and the way we get homework done faster. 
 However\, as with any groundbreaking innovation\, questions about the risk
 s of this new technology are also on the rise. This talk examines how the 
 threat landscape changed when these conversational AI technologies were ma
 de available to the public\, including Italy's decision to temporarily blo
 ck ChatGPT over privacy concerns Samsung's accidental sharing of company s
 ecrets through the improper use of AI\, and hackers compiling malicious co
 de with greater ease and speed.. We'll also touch upon the ways cybersecur
 ity is making use of AI “sidekicks” to make the work of security profe
 ssionals more efficient and help all users improve their security posture.

 rvath is a seasoned cybersecurity executive focused on next-generation cyb
 er defense and intelligence-led offensive operations. He works as an execu
 tive director leading the Security Operations division of a state-owned se
 curity provider in the United Arab Emirates. Previously\, he helped build 
 the Next-Generation Security Operations\, Incident Response and Advanced S
 ecurity Testing practice at Ernst & Young\, focused on the cyber complianc
 e needs of European financial services companies. Before his time in consu
 lting\, he worked in the defense sector and led the cyber transformation p
 rogram for a large European telecommunications company.  He has an MBA fro
 m IE Business School\, a masters of science in business information system
 s from Corvinus University of Budapest\, and he holds CRTIA\, CISSP\, and 
 CISM certifications.
