As an early career researcher new to or returning to the UK, it can be difficult to know where to find academic faculty job opportunities. In this event we will briefly introduce you to the tools and resources that you can use to find the most relevant academic UK-based employment opportunities, and provide advice and resources supporting the development and submission of your job applications.

Led by Dr. Chris Jeffs from the University of Oxford’s Careers Service, there will be open opportunities to ask questions throughout the session.
By the end of the session you should be able to:
• Recognise the range of academic job titles and career pathways in the UK
• Locate reliable sources of UK-based academic job opportunities
• Find resources supporting the development of academic job applications in the UK

This presentation is open to MIT, Harvard University, and Brown University graduate students and postdocs.
