The Future Faculty Symposium is a two-day event for post-doctoral scholars interested in pursuing academic careers. The event will showcase the research of exceptional early-career scientists who are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion in STEM.

Four participants from universities across the nation will have multiple opportunities to engage with the MIT community: presenting a research talk, meeting with current faculty about research and teaching opportunities, touring campus and research facilities, and meeting with students and staff working to increase diversity and inclusion within MIT chemistry.
