Part Two: Live Cooking Demonstration

As a follow-up to Strategies to Balance Your Blood Sugar Levels, join Heidi Roth, registered dietician, for a live cooking demonstration from her kitchen. Heidi will prepare two meals: a zucchini noodle skillet lasagna, and an arugula salad with almonds and strawberries. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and interact, and will receive the recipes following the webinar.
