A moderated staff discussion hosted by the School of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences Dean's Office. Based on over thirty years of data from eight hundred companies including in-depth interviews with managers, authors Frank Dobbin & Alexandra Kalev share how to create successful and impactful DEI practices, policies, and procedures.
