Please join HCED for a discussion on opportunity zones with Maurice Jones, President of LISC and Alan Sage, MCP ’19 and Senior Associate at Goldman Sachs Urban Investment Group.

LISC is the largest Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) in the country and since 1979 has invested $20 billion into communities, leveraging $60.4 billion to support the creation of affordable housing, retail space, and community facilities. Goldman Sachs Urban Investment Group partners with local leaders and non-profits to support community development initiatives including affordable housing and capital for small businesses. Since 2001, they have committed $7 billion to underserved American communities.
