About the event:
In observance of Hispanic Heritage Month, Claudia will address the significance of Hispanics as drivers of America’s prosperity, power, and progress. Employing a data-driven approach, she will showcase both the contributions of Latinos and the barriers that the community still faces. She will conclude the discussion by exploring the 'Flip the Script' framework, with a focus on reshaping the community's narrative to position Latino identity as a powerful leadership asset in the workplace. 

Claudia Romo Edelman.
Activist, media host, and Hispanic leader. Social Entrepreneur, advocate and catalyst for change, /Marketer for social causes. Founder of the We Are All Human Foundation and co-host of the Global GoalsCast. 

Claudia is a recognized speaker, panelist, and media contributor. She is an inspiring and empowering trainer and consultant and endorses for equity, diversity and inclusion. Clausia is focused on unifying and empowering the Hispanic community, connecting people and innovative ideas, and promoting sustainability and purpose-driven activities, particularly within brands, tech, and the creative industries. She has an extensive background collaborating and supporting humanitarian causes for over 25 years through her leadership roles within global organizations, including the United Nations, the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), UNICEF, the World Economic Forum (RED) and the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria.
