Do you want to become a better learner? In this 3-day workshop for MIT students we will use the science of learning to identify evidence-based strategies for becoming more effective, efficient, and self-regulated learners.
- Workshop 1 (Th 1/12, 12-2pm): How to plan for learning and motivating yourself to learn
- Workshop 2 (Th 1/19, 12 - 2pm): Identifying and using effective learning strategies
- Workshop 3 (Th 1/26, 12 - 2pm): Time management and habits that support learning
At the end of each workshop, you will leave with a concrete set of strategies for improving your own learning, and a plan for implementing these strategies in the spring semester.
This workshop series will be facilitated by staff at the MIT Teaching + Learning Lab, and lunch will be provided.
Workshop space is limited; please only sign up if you are able to attend all three workshops.
