Sourcing candidates in a crowded marketplace isn’t likely to get easier. But with the right strategies and tools, companies can overcome these widespread challenges and rise above their competitors. During this session we will discuss a few ways to get started, including creating an emotional connection with your brand, pulling from a pool of candidates that didn’t make the cut the first time around, and utilizing AI-sourcing platforms.

This session will give entrepreneurs and founders the information they need to successfully attract, hire and retain top talent in the market.

We’ll cover:

  • Attracting potential talent with culture, employee advocacy and brand consistency
  • Rediscovering candidates that didn’t make the cut the first time around
  • AI & Job boards – Recruiters can’t attract great candidates without them
