https://libcal.mit.edu/event/4839226Gephi is a free, open-source network analysis and interactive visualization tool that maps complex systems, as network graphs, and makes it easier to explore relationships within your data. Network graphs plot a series of objects or data points and depict the relationships between them. Create network graphs with Gephi to explore hidden relationship patterns, isolate data outliers, make hypotheses, or communicate your results in a compelling way.
This introductory workshop covers the basics of using Gephi – loading, viewing, and manipulating network data and creating interactive visuals, as well as key concepts in network analysis. Lab computers will have Gephi pre-installed for use during this workshop; laptops are not required.
The workshop will be held in the GIS & Data Lab, inside Rotch Library.
