Come join us to learn about how IS&T uses ServiceNow.

  • Kyle Fillipe will give IT Partners an inside look at what the IT Support Services teams see in ServiceNow, and how IS&T is leveraging the tool to help identify emerging trends, organize qualifying incidents, and work towards incident resolution.
  • The goal is to bring IT Partners and IS&T into better alignment about how to continue to work together collaboratively to provide the best support possible to the MIT community.

The presentation will start promptly at 11:30. Pizza lunch and networking will be after the presentation.

Along with having an in-person session with pizza lunch from Bertucci's, we will also be streaming the session via WebEx. Both options will allow you to ask questions during the Q&A time.
