Students: During this two-day event you will be able to meet with employers in-person on Thursday, March 31, and in scheduled virtual video chats on Friday, April 1. Employers at each event may be different. The virtual portion of the event will be held in Handshake.

This fair is intended for MIT graduate students in our Master’s and PhD programs, our postdoctoral fellows and postdoctoral associates, and MIT alumni of these programs. The goal is to bring these candidates together with employers specifically looking to hire those holding or completing advanced degrees, and the advanced skills and knowledge that comes with them.   Employers approved to attend will need to be hiring for positions requiring an advanced degree that have a start date of no later than January 2023.  

This fair looks to embrace and promote diversity in student opportunities in the forms of: industry, job type, degree, experience, required skills, and location.
