Praised by Gramophone as "One of the bravest, most intriguing musicians on the American Fusion Scene", cellist Mike Block joins MIT MTA for what will be an exciting Masterclass with current Emerson/Harris music students.

The class will be in two parts, beginning in 14S-130 (inside the Hayden Library) from 5:15-6:30pm and continuing in Killian Hall (14W-111) from 6:40-7:15pm.

All event attendees are strongly encouraged to be vaccinated and boosted. Tim Tickets are no longer required but may be used by visitors to gain access to the exterior doors. For Killian Hall recitals, please use the Building 14 entrance either by the Lewis Music Library or at 160 Memorial Drive if you are a visitor using a Tim Ticket for access.
