A screening of the finalists in the MIT in 3:00 competition! A reception starts at 5:30pm, with screenings beginning at 6pm. The Jury and Audience prizes will be awarded.

Inspired by Antje Ehmann’s and Harun Farocki’s world-wide video project “Labour in a Single Shot,” which explored the subject of work through short video clips, MIT in 3:00 asks competitors — What is your MIT? And can you show it in 3 minutes?

MIT in 3:00 continues the tradition of The Media Spectacle, honoring its founder, former Comparative Media Studies program administrator Chris Pomiecko, and celebrating his love for filmmaking.

The competition is sponsored by the Chris Pomiecko Memorial Fund and Comparative Media Studies/Writing with support from Arts at MIT.
