This year we’ll focus on how new technologies are reshaping financial services, how regulatory policies might be rethought, and considerations for securing the underlying infrastructure. It features a combination of high-level keynote addresses, panel discussions and presentations of new research findings. This conference will be held in-person at the MIT Media Lab (75 Amherst Street, Building E14) in Cambridge, MA as well as virtually via Zoom.
Highlights include a keynote by Darrell Duffie (The Adams Distinguished Professor of Management and Professor of Finance at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business) and a lunchtime panel moderated by Eric Rosengren (MIT GCFP Visiting Professor and former President and CEO of the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston) on Challenges and Opportunities with CBDC, in addition to a diverse mix of regulators, academics, and industry participants.
