 : Adam Pendleton. The video captures an exchange between Pendleton and dan
 cer\, choreographer\, filmmaker\, and writer Yvonne Rainer as they conside
 r the value of documents and the multiple meanings of movement.\n\nCarrie 
 Lambert-Beatty\, Professor of Visual and Environmental Studies\, and of Hi
 story of Art and Architecture at Harvard University will lead a post-scree
 ning discussion\, examining the video’s ideas\, themes\, and portrayal o
 f Yvonne Rainer. Lambert-Beatty’s 2008 book Being Watched: Yvonne Rainer
  and the 1960s (MIT Press\, 2008) brought research on minimalism\, dance\,
  performance documentation\, and theories of spectatorship to Rainer’s w
