MIT Reads: MIT Community Discussion - "Together"

Thursday, November 17, 2022 at 12:00pm to 1:00pm

Building 14, The Nexus, Room 14S-130
160 MEMORIAL DR, Cambridge, MA 02139

A New York Times bestseller, Together is about the importance of human connection, the hidden impact of loneliness, and the social power of community.   Please join us for a small group discussion of this book and what it can teach us about belonging and connectedness at the Institute.

This event is open to current members of the MIT community, with MIT ID and CovidPassLunch will be served to registered attendees.

The Nexus is situated on the first floor of the Hayden Library, MIT's Building 14, located at 160 Memorial Drive. The room is on the river side of the library reading room, behind the Courtyard Cafe and across the room from the library service desk. If you have trouble finding it please ask at the service desk.

Accessibility: Your participation makes this program better. Please email mitreads-events@mit.edu if you require an accommodation in order to join us.

Together was chosen for this semester's MIT Reads by the Health Promotion Working Group, the Division of Student Life's DSL Reads program (a SEAbord initiative), and the MIT Libraries.
