DESCRIPTION:Join us at the MIT Museum for an immersive workshop curated by 
 artist Helga Schmid that invites visitors to explore time beyond the rigid
  structure of clocks and calendars.\n\nThrough installations\, conversatio
 ns\, and sensory experiences\, this program examines how time is shaped by
  the body\, nature\, and society. Imagine alternative time systems\, exper
 ience soundscapes and immersive visual installations\, and take part in ha
 nds-on activities like building your own sundial.\n\nRather than following
  a fixed schedule\, participants are encouraged to arrive\, depart\, and m
 ove through the experience at their own pace—listening\, walking\, resti
 ng\, reflecting\, and discovering how energy and attention shift throughou
 t the day.\n\nThis program is presented in conjunction with Lighten Up! On
  Biology and Time\, featuring the work of 15 artists exploring the deep co
 nnection of living beings to the cycle of day and night.\n\nThis workshop
