Monday Mindfulness

Virtual EventThis mindfulness course will include skills from the Koru Mindfulness toolkit, including breathing techniques, meditation practices, and mindfulness tips to help relieve stress and to calm mind and body. All experience levels welcome.
This course is free and open to the MIT community.
