The International Scholars Office staff will provide general information about federal (U.S.) and Massachusetts state tax filing requirements for non-resident aliens for tax purposes and give instructions for using the Sprintax tax preparation software. *Please note: Both sessions in February and March cover the same material.*

Sprintax is an Internet-based tax preparation software available to international scholars with MIT certificates and kerberos passwords.

Sprintax is designed primarily for Nonresident Aliens for
Federal Tax Purposes, who are in F, J, M or Q visa status.
