Operations Research for Social Good

The applied nature of operations research makes it an important force for good in alleviating poverty; promoting accessible housing; improving health outcomes; and other endeavors that benefit large groups outside academia and industry. In this seminar, we will engage with a wide range of researchers and practitioners tacking these and other topics via data science, optimization, and other contemporary OR methods.
