Have you ever shied away from an interview because you felt underqualified, underprepared, and like you just didn't belong? Spoiler alert: we all have. Interviewing during your job search is hard, and it gets even harder when you suffer from impostor syndrome.
The tricky part is overcoming impostor syndrome at key moments when your career success may just rely on being able to communicate your value confidently.
In this workshop, we'll identify some common experiences of the impostor phenomenon and learn actionable ways to overcome it so that you can navigate your job search and career choices with conviction.
