E19-202

Navigating career decisions can be difficult. We are here to help. This group will focus on becoming an expert in yourself in order to develop filters for your career decision-making. Many PhD students and postdocs struggle with questions of academia or industry. If you have felt confused or lost as you think about your career path, then join this 4-hour program to help create clarity for yourself. This group is limited to current PhD students and postdocs. We have a limited amount of spaces available, and the group will be filled in order of pre-registration. Pre-registration is required via CareerBridge. Lunch will be provided. In this group, you will: - Conduct a self-assessment to identify and articulate your skills and values as drivers of career decisions - Learn how to genuinely build supportive relationships through networking - Receive support and strategies for your career planning - Engage in several activities and also learn from your peers across academic backgrounds. Registration requested via Careerbridge (powered by Handshake).
