Navigating career decisions can be difficult. We are here to help. This group will focus on becoming an expert in yourself in order to develop filters for your career decision-making. Many PhD students and postdocs struggle with questions of academia or industry. If you have felt confused or lost as you think about your career path, then join this 4-hour program to help create clarity for yourself. This group is limited to current PhD students and postdocs. We have a limited amount of spaces available, and the group will be filled in order of pre-registration. Pre-registration is required via CareerBridge. Lunch will be provided. In this group, you will: - Conduct a self-assessment to identify and articulate your skills and values as drivers of career decisions - Learn how to genuinely build supportive relationships through networking - Receive support and strategies for your career planning - Engage in several activities and also learn from your peers across academic backgrounds.
