Prehealth Orientation: Planning Your Career in Medicine & Health Professions

Thinking about becoming a Doctor, Physician-Scientist, Dentist, Pharmaceutical Scientist or exploring another career in Healthcare?  

Then join MIT’s Prehealth Advising to begin mapping out your personal path to medical, dental, or other health profession schools.  This orientation is designed for First Years & Sophomores just starting to consider a career in healthcare, but we also welcome any upperclassman or alumni considering medical school. It will explore what makes a competitive medical, dental, and health professions applicant, and expose you to the many resources available through MIT Prehealth Advising.  

Representatives from the MIT Pre-Medical Society (MPS) and Minority Association of Pre-medical Students (MAPS) will be in attendance.  

*Pizza will be available. First come, first served.*
