Prenatal Yoga is one of the best ways to exercise during pregnancy!
In this class you will:
Alleviate pregnancy related discomfort.
Gently stretch and strengthen your body while making space for your baby.
Bond more deeply with your baby.
Prepare for labor and birth in an embodied way.
Connect and create community with other women who are also becoming mothers.
Come and allow yourself to be guided by Celeste LeMieux, a seasoned prenatal and postpartum yoga teacher as well as birth and postpartum doula.
