Prenatal Yoga is one of the best ways to exercise during pregnancy!

In this class you will:

  • Alleviate pregnancy related discomfort.

  • Gently stretch and strengthen your body while making space for your baby.

  • Bond more deeply with your baby.

  • Prepare for labor and birth in an embodied way.

  • Connect and create community with other women who are also becoming mothers.

Come and allow yourself to be guided by Celeste LeMieux, a seasoned prenatal and postpartum yoga teacher as well as birth and postpartum doula.

Advanced registration is required. Suggested registration by September 5.
